Empower Consultants is a Black Minority Ethnic (BME)-led social enterprise supporting adults from BME communities experiencing mental health challenges, disability, or both.
With over 30 years of combined experience across Greater Manchester, we provide independent, confidential advice, advocacy, training, and culturally competent support tailored to individual needs.
We are committed to promoting dignity, equality, independence, and empowerment through inclusive services that respect cultural, religious, linguistic, and personal differences.
Our Mission
We support individuals who may feel isolated from their communities or mainstream services by providing compassionate, culturally sensitive support tailored to their unique needs.
Through advocacy, partnership working, and empowerment, we help people build confidence, understand their rights, and navigate mental health, family, and civil justice systems.
